The brainchild of Jorge Chicas, the executive chef at the Thompson Hotel in DC and its rooftop bar, Anchovy Social. The menu features American inspired seasonal dishes and drinks, produced from scratch with responsibly sourced ingredients from the farmers and partners with whom we work.
