As apparent from the map above, the center has been designed to provide tremendous visibility for each and every tenant, whether located along Sycolin Road (Main Street) or located in the Plaza shops adjacent to Harris Teeter and Walgreens.

Click on any building to access the details of that building, including a downloadable floor. There will be on street parking along Sycolin for the Main Street shops. There are numerous opportunities for outdoor dining both along Main Street and on balconies overlooking Main Street for the Plaza spaces. The entire center will provide over 180,000 square feet of retail opportunities, including the Harris Teeter and the Walgreens.

Sycolin Road, the “Main Street” of Goose Creek Village, will be a pedestrian- friendly space that conveys a sense of place and arrival. This Main Street, with its traffic- calming measures, will be the magnet that attracts local and more distant residents of the county as well as the employees working in the Century Corner office Complex, across the street.
